Despite their market leadership, the client’s internal systems lacked clarity, scalability, and role-specific flexibility. Their workflows involved paper contracts, siloed logistics processes, and outdated communication between traders, farmers, and logistics providers. They needed a platform that could serve multiple personas across the supply chain, enabling them to manage contracts, logistics, finances, and analytics from a single place.

We led the design of a fully role-based digital platform – GrainTrade – that supports farmers, traders, logistics providers, and platform administrators. Using our AI-accelerated workflows, we built interactive prototypes for:
