The client needed to rapidly validate and visualize their concept for internal leadership and future customers. Despite having structural ideas, they lacked a coherent, user-friendly prototype that brought together all the DVIR, asset lifecycle, predictive maintenance, and compliance features into a single product. They also required a scalable UX system that could handle multiple user roles (field, manager, exec) and demonstrate real business value through performance dashboards.
